We cover all of Edinburgh and the Lothians as standard, with free delivery inside the city bypass. Events in Fife, Glasgow or the Borders are welcome too — we simply add a small mileage charge, quoted upfront when you book.

A single arcade booth needs roughly 2m x 2m and one standard 13-amp socket. A full midway of five or more cabinets works best with about 30 square metres. If your venue is tight, we will design a compact layout during the planning stage.

Absolutely. Every cabinet is set to family-friendly titles by default and our prize booths are built for all ages. For grown-up events we can swap in competitive fighting and racing games instead. Just let us know the crowd when you enquire.

We take a 25% deposit to lock in your date, with the balance due the week of the event. Cancellations more than 14 days out are fully refundable. Inside 14 days we retain the deposit but happily move it to any rescheduled date within six months.

Yes — every package includes at least one uniformed host who runs tournaments, resets machines and keeps the queue happy. Larger midways get a two or three person crew. All our staff are PVG-checked and we carry full public liability insurance.
